About Fully Automatic Filling And Capping Machine

The monobloc is designed for filling of fertilizers in PET bottles and closing with plastic screw caps. The machine uses most advanced technology for measuring of exact weight when filling. The filling is done through a special valve (patented), creating soft laminar product flow which results in high speed of filling with very precise flow control.

The capacity depends on product properties (viscosity and density) as well as on container properties like shape, product level (min. 35 mm) and neck internal diameter. Exact capacity is to be confirmed after samples reception.


Rotary filling section. The product is filled by 24 electronically controlled filling valves ensure laminar product flow without contact between the valve and the bottle throat. The precision of dosing is controlled by latest generation of weight sensors. The usage of weight sensors (load cells) with integrated microprocessor control guarantees high precision in wide range of dosing and reliability of the process.

Product tank made in stainless steel AISI 304 with polished inner surface Ra = 0.8, with spherical bottom and top and rounded joints to ensure perfect drainage of product. The size and internal volume of the tank is optimized and ensures sufficient product buffering, absorbing flow surges without affecting filling accuracy. The product supply line is controlled with a variable flow valve rather than a simple shut-off system. The pressure in the filling valve is regulated by the height of the liquid in the tank and, if necessary, by over pressure. The product tank is designed with sufficient height to provide a wide range of pressure settings for each type of product. Over pressure safety in the tank is guaranteed by a relief valve.


CAPPING SECTION

Elevator-orientator for plastic caps

The device is designed for orientation of plastic caps and feeding them to the capping section. The operator loads the caps in the hopper, which is installed at the elevator basis. The transport belt, equipped with traverse holding lamellas, caries the caps upwards, and passes through a convex sector (with adjustable height), so the incorrectly orientated caps with a displaced gravity center fall back from the lamellas to the hopper. The correctly oriented caps move to the exit part of the elevator, and are directed to the exit chute. The elevator is manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304 and materials approved for use in the food industry.

  • Caps inspection module, located on the caps chute, for rejection of not properly orientated caps or caps without security ring.
  • Capping turret consists of stainless steel turret with Pick-and-Place system, 8 capping heads and caps feeding system.

  • No bottle no cap system.

The machine is equipped with a rejection device which checks the weight of the bottles throughout the whole filling process and separates the bottles not corresponding in weight or without caps on a separate conveyor.
